1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hibij platform and all of its services. By accessing the hibij website or using any of its services, you are considered to have given your consent to these Terms.

hibij ("we", "our", or "the platform") is an online betting and casino service provider for players in Bangladesh. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Opening a personal account on behalf of another person or an organisation is prohibited.
• The email address and mobile number provided at registration must be active and your own.

2.3 Other Eligibility Conditions

To open an account on hibij, you must not be a resident of any country or region where online gambling or betting is legally prohibited. If hibij determines at any time that you are ineligible, it reserves the right to suspend or close your account.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing account credentials with third parties, or selling or transferring your account, is strictly prohibited.

• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact hibij support immediately.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• hibij will never ask for your password via email or chat.

hibij recommends enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account. If any loss occurs due to a third party and you have not taken adequate security measures, hibij will not be held responsible for that loss.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on hibij: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.

• Minimum deposit amount for each method: ৳100
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third party's account is prohibited.
• Use the correct reference number when making a deposit — incorrect information may cause delays.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while active bonus wagering is in progress.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hibij offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 150% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• A wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: 25 times (deposit + bonus).
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Betting on specific games may apply while a bonus is active.

5.2 VIP Program

hibij's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.0%

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active participation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Before accepting any bonus, read the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.
• hibij reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• In the case of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household or the same IP address.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on the hibij platform:

• Bets may only be placed using funds available in your account — no bets on credit or borrowed money are permitted.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• hibij reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In live betting, odds may change due to network delays.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of the related bet will be handled according to the applicable rules.
• hibij reserves the right to investigate and suspend bets in the case of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

6.1 Casino Game Rules

Casino games have their own rules, which can be found within the game interface. In the event of any dispute, the game log will be considered the basis for the final decision.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibij platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Unfairly exploiting the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Hacking or carrying out harmful activities on hibij's systems or network.
• Opening or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Collecting other users' personal or financial information.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits multiple times by creating multiple accounts.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by hibij

hibij reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false information
• Proof of being a minor
• Direction from a law enforcement authority

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, any amount tied to active bonus terms that have not been met will be cancelled.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
